I. Health Care Services – Acbar Jobs in Jalalabad 2025

Deliver primary health care services to beneficiaries.

Administer and prescribe treatments according to approved guidelines.

Provide patient education on prevention and healthy living.
-
Maintain accurate medical records and conduct follow-up care.
-
Refer patients to specialized services when necessary.
II. PSCC Management – Acbar Jobs in Jalalabad 2025

Manage and supervise daily PSCC operations.

Ensure compliance with PSCC guidelines and youth integration notes.

Uphold principles of confidentiality, safety, and non-discrimination.

Ensure effective and rational use of resources.

Prepare weekly plans in collaboration with the MHPSS Technical Manager and support staff during implementation.

Ensure confidentiality of all PSCC documents and records.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to relevant supervisors.

Verify accuracy of data collected by PSCC personnel.

Medical Degree (MD) with Exit Exam Passed.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Doctor or Clinical In-Charge.

Experience in MHPSS is an advantage.

Fluency in Dari and Pashto; English is an asset.

Proven leadership and experience managing healthcare teams.

Ability to recognize and manage staff psychological burnout.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Basic computer literacy preferred.
