Established in 2011, DSARUO delivers impactful programs for both urban and rural communities with a dedicated focus on women and children.

Job Overview:

The HR Officer will manage HR functions, ensuring efficient employee recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution. The role will include maintaining employee records, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The HR Officer will also promote employee development and uphold PSEA principles to prevent sexual exploitation and abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers on HR policies and strategies.
  • Review job descriptions and assist in recruitment.
  • Administer employee performance evaluations.
  • Manage conflict resolution and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.
  • Assist in disciplinary actions and exit interviews.
  • Develop programs to enhance employee retention and job satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Dari, and Pashto.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
