Position Overview
MgtWell Consulting Services is seeking qualified Consultant Trainers in the following disciplines:
- Project Management
- Health
- PMP Certification Training
- MEAL (DPro Certified)
- Business Development
- Project Management (DPro Certified)
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)
- Human Resource Management and Development
- Financial Management and Budgeting
- Strategic Planning and Organizational Development
- Gender Mainstreaming and Social Inclusion
- Conflict Resolution, Training, and Capacity Building
Key Duties and Tasks
- Develop comprehensive training curricula and deliver sessions to end users
- Prepare training materials in local languages, particularly Dari
- Conduct engaging and effective training workshops
- Design, implement, and assess training programs based on identified needs
- Ensure training objectives are achieved and aligned with project goals
- Incorporate participant feedback and lessons learned to improve content
- Introduce interactive techniques to enhance participant engagement
- Align all training activities with approved project training plans
- Produce detailed reports covering training design, delivery, and evaluation
- Draft technical documents, manuals, and training guides
- Maintain accurate documentation of all training-related activities
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs aligned with IFC and World Bank Group standards
- Maintain high quality in training materials, tools, and methodologies
- Coordinate with project teams to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions
- Assess training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to trainees
- Stay informed on updated IFC/World Bank training frameworks and integrate them into programs
Eligibility Criteria
Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in the related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify solutions
- Proven coordination and management capabilities in technical project settings
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in preparing project reports and management plans
Language Skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in local Afghan languages (Dari and/or Pashto)
